For first-time colour services at Zoltan Hair Zurich, a patch test is required before your appointment.

Patch tests take place at Nussgasse 3, 8008 Zürich and must be completed at least 48 hours in advance.

Existing clients also need a new patch test if they have not had a colour service with Zoltan in the past 6 months.

Patch tests can be done during opening hours — just get in touch to arrange a suitable time.

A deposit is required when booking for the first time: CHF 50 for haircuts and CHF 100 for colour services.

The remaining balance is paid at the salon after the appointment.

If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, the booking is automatically cancelled.

Cancellations or reschedules made 24 hours or less before the appointment result in the loss of the deposit. The same applies when an appointment cannot go ahead because of a missing or invalid patch test.

No-shows are charged 100% of the service price.

Haircut prices are gender-neutral and based on hair length, time, and work involved.

Students with a valid student ID up to age 25 receive 10% off all services.

Children aged 0 to 6 receive 50% off and children aged 6 to 12 receive 40% off from Tuesday to Thursday.

During appointments, the phone is switched off so the focus can remain fully on clients. Please leave a message and Zoltan will get back to you as soon as possible.

Well-behaved pets are welcome in the salon.

Two free parking spaces are available directly in front of the salon.
